<p><strong>Tradesmen International</strong> is immediately hiring experienced <strong>Millwrights</strong> for projects located in or around <strong>Charlotte, NC.</strong> This is a first shift opportunity and the<strong> pay rate is $25-$30/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. <p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Set up and operate press brakes to bend, form, and fabricate metal components</li>
<li>Produce parts to precise tolerances and quality standards</li>
<li>Program press brake equipment and adjust settings as needed</li>
<li>Calculate stretch outs and material requirements</li>
<li>Perform bump forming and rolling operations</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders</li>
<li>Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and organized work environment</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous fabrication shop experience required</li>
<li>Strong experience setting up and operating press brakes</li>
<li>Experience programming press brake machines</li>
<li>Ability to calculate stretch outs</li>
<li>Experience with bump forming and rolling</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>
<li>Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team</li>
</ul>

<h2>Requirements</h2>

<li>Minimum of 3 years in the *trade* field</li>
<li>Must own basic Hand Tools</li>
<li>Must wear proper PPE</li>
