As one organization, we offer expanded resources, streamlined operations, and increased opportunities for growth and development.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Join us to be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment dedicated to innovation and customer success.&nbsp;</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>An Average Day:</strong> As the Cloud Administrator you will assist with the deployment, integration, operations and maintenance of windows virtual servers.&nbsp; Perform systems administration and endpoint engineering with SCCM and Intune.&nbsp; Provide Support for Windows Virtual servers in the on-prem VMware vSphere and Azure cloud as well as troubleshooting issues.&nbsp; Participate with the integration of the Azure cloud platform into customer environments.&nbsp; Have a high degree of customer interaction including pre-deployment planning and knowledge transfer as well as handling technical escalations. Additionally, in this position you will:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the implementation, operations and maintenance of Active Directory, Cloud Identities, Exchange, Teams, ADFS, AAD Connect, SCCM, Intune and PowerShell.</li> <li>Ensure appropriate implementation of technology following all standards and best practices set forth by governing bodies.</li> <li>Provide Azure engineering support to operations and foundational teams.</li> <li>Assist with performing root cause analysis to provide guidance to technical leadership regarding future issue prevention.</li> <li>Stay informed of emerging cloud and Office 365 technologies.</li> <li>Ensure cloud governance standards are met to maintain cloud security and proper controls, end-to-end automation of deployment, and monitoring and infrastructure management in the cloud environment.</li> <li>Ensure appropriate implementation of technology following all standards and best practices set forth by governing bodies </li> <li>Perform root cause analysis and provide guidance to technical leadership regarding future issue prevention </li> <li>Analyze customer business requirements. </li> <li>Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of an Office 365 Tenant </li> <li>Plan and execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads </li> <li>Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies </li> <li>Perform Operations and Maintenance on respective Office 365 and and Azure AD workloads </li> <li>Stay informed of emerging cloud technologies and evaluates the value to the organization's operations </li> <li>Responsible for implementing cloud governance standards that ensure cloud security and proper controls and end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring and infrastructure management in the cloud environment </li> <li>Communicate with the project manager on upcoming changes, events, and schedules </li> <li>Commit to creating quality deliverables on time and on budget </li> <li>Collaborate with team members to define, mature, and roll-out design and cloud standards, processes, and tools </li> <li>Coach and mentor other team members to develop a highly productive team </li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C).</li> <li>Must hold active DOD Interim Secret or Secret Clearance</li> <li>DOD 8570 certification compliance (IAT Level II or Higher) (CySA+, SSCP, Security+ CE, CCNA Security or GSEC) is <em>required.</em> </li> <li>Must have an Operating System (OS) Certification, a MS Azure or Cloud Specific certification is preferred. </li> <li>5+ years' experience administering cloud frameworks </li> <li>2+ years' experience with SCCM and Intune </li> <li>5+ years' experience with systems engineering </li> <li>Experience in cloud engineering and administration. </li> <li>Requires and in-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and cloud networking and server deployment. </li> <li>Practical knowledge of configuring and implementing Azure resources and services </li> <li>Active Directory: Must have real-world experience helping to manage and maintain AD, GPO's etc. </li> <li>Azure: Should have experience with Azure AD, Intune, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access </li> <li>Ability to translate company objectives into cloud designs that are scalable, and support the enterprise architecture vision </li> <li>Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences </li> <li>Ability to provide concise status updates to senior IT and business leadership </li> <li>Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills </li> <li>Self-motivated, innovative, creative, and possess a passion for excellence </li> <li>Detail oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills </li> <li>Possess the ability to analyze a situation for potential future problems </li> <li>Extremely responsive, with a strong sense of urgency </li> <li>Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively. </li> <li>Ability to translate policies into daily routine operations. </li> <li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.</li> <li>Weekend or after-hours support may be required on occasion.</li> </ul> <h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $120,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
