Key Accountabilities: <ul><li>Full lifecycle management for Capital investment project of Air&Liquid Filter manufacturing line and equipment.</li><li>In charge of project Business Case, financial analysis and budget application.</li><li>Working with cross-functional team to make project plans, including project scope, schedule, Resource, Cost management.</li><li>Organize regular Stakeholders project meetings to check the progress of project. Working level meetings and management level meetings are needed separately.</li><li>Risk management of projects, including risk identification, risk analysis, actions to mitigate the risk, keep monitoring the progress and new risks.</li><li>Lead Production Line Capacity and Capability improvements project based on lean production concept.</li><li>Lead plant cost reduction project to hit annual cost reduction goals. It includes tasks like identifying the opportunity, confirming the scope, managing the project. </li><li>Partial working responsibilities of Industrial engineer of manufacturing line.</li><li>Other responsibilities assigned by Engineering Manager.</li></ul>Key Qualifications & Requirements Education Qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.</li></ul>Technical Competence & Skills:<ul><li>Certified PMP® or Prince2® is required.</li><li>Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, or equivalent) is required. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required</li><li>A thorough understanding of quality tools such as PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flow chart is preferred</li><li>Lean manufacturing knowledge is preferred.</li></ul>Leadership Competence:<ul><li>Resilience to working pressure</li><li>Learning agility and result-oriented</li><li>Open and Proactive to challenges and difficulties</li><li>Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and work with closed-loop and PDCA approach</li></ul>Relevant Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of Project management experience in a manufacturing environment is Required. Capital project management skill is Required. </li><li>3 years of Manufacturing engineer or Process Engineer responsibility with demonstrated results is Preferred.</li><li>Experience in Air or Liquid filter manufacturing processes is preferred.</li><li>IATF16949 work experience is Preferred.</li></ul>Others (% of travel, language, etc.): <ul><li>Fluent in English communication</li><li>15% travel time</li><li>Can work with time flexibility to meet project needs.</li></ul>Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
