Monitors budget, implements strategic priorities, and prepares reports for senior management.<p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><b>Rate of Pay:</b> $66,000 - $73,000 per year; DOE</p><p></p><p>Under the direction of the Director of Student Advocacy and Assistance, the <b>Assistant Director of Student Advocacy and Assistance</b> provides leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for Advocacy Coordinator Seniors across multiple campus locations. This position ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality student advocacy services, oversees complex and high-level case management, and promotes best practices in student support, crisis response, and case coordination.</p><p></p><p>The Assistant Director supervises professional staff, provides coaching and consultation on sensitive student situations, and collaborates with university leadership, faculty, staff, and community partners to develop and implement comprehensive support strategies that promote student success, retention, and well-being.
