The existing internship process includes internship hiring, orientation and engagement activities.</li><li>Talent Acquisition Digitalisation: Support the digitalisation of TA processes, prototyping a CRM tool to strengthen talent pooling. </li><li>Learning & Capability Building: Support the development and coordination of interview skills training for the company.</li><li>Onboarding Experience: Refresh the Singapore induction materials and support the development of a consistent onboarding experience for new hires. </li></ul> Learning outcomes:<ul><li>Develop project management skills by working with different stakeholders to coordinate and deliver projects.</li><li>Gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, employee experience, learning and HR digitalisation.</li><li>Understand how recruitment and talent initiatives support broader business and people outcomes.</li><li>Develop stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills through working with teams across Singapore and Southeast Asia.</li><li>Gain practical experience in using technology and automation to improve HR processes.</li></ul> You would be best equipped for the role if you have (profile):<ul><li>Pursuing a Business degree, preferably with a major in Human Resources.</li><li>IT savvy, with an interest in digitalisation, automation and new technology.</li><li>Strong project management and organisational skills.</li><li>An excellent communicator, comfortable working with different stakeholders and presenting ideas.</li><li>Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership of projects.</li></ul>
