Join us and make a difference too!Associate Auditor- Polish speaking Registerd Aerospace Auditor (m/f/x)The salary range for this position starts:<ul><li>1600 PLN per day for audits in Poland</li><li> 2000 PLN per day for audits outside Poland</li></ul> Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:<ul><li>Ensure that customers and their businesses/organisations gain value by assessing their systems and processes against BSI requirements.</li><li>Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure they understand the assessment decision and have clear direction regarding corrective actions, where appropriate.</li><li>Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations according to BSI policy, procedures, and within required timeframes.</li><li>Uphold BSI’s reputation through high-quality planning, delivery, reporting, and professional client interaction.</li><li>Demonstrate commercial insight and added value in client feedback.</li><li>Maintain a professional and engaging approach while assessing clients.</li><li>Lead assessment teams when required, ensuring preparation and coordination for quality delivery and effective collaboration.</li><li>Build strong client relationships that support long-term satisfaction and potential business growth.</li></ul>Provide accurate, timely information to internal support teams, ensuring all client records and internal systems are updated and complete.To be successful in the role:<ul><li>Fully qualified Aerospace Auditor (AS/EN standards) with current authentication.</li><li>Registered as an AEA in the OASIS database (mandatory requirement).</li><li>Proven management system auditing experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100.</li><li>Fluency in Polish (minimum C1) is compulsory</li><li>Fluency in English (minimum C1) is also required</li><li>Willingness to travel nationally and internationally</li><li>Strong integrity and ethical standards</li><li>Commercial awareness and focus on client value #LI- KW1 #LI-HYBRID</li></ul>About UsBSI is a business improvement and standards company and for over a century BSI has been recognized for having a positive impact on organizations and society, building trust and enhancing lives.
