Responsibilities / Essential FunctionsCorporate Actions Event Management<ul><li>Monitor, research, analyze, and process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across global markets, including mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, rights issues, stock splits, spin-offs, reorganizations, conversions, redemptions, income distributions, and other security-related events.</li><li>Review event notifications and information received from custodians, vendors, issuers, market agents, and other external sources to determine operational requirements and downstream impacts.</li><li>Assess operational, accounting, valuation, reporting, tax, trading, and reference data impacts of corporate action events.</li><li>Coordinate election responses, entitlement processing, event execution, and implementation within established deadlines.</li><li>Analyze event alternatives and communicate available options to the Investment Group and Trading when investment decisions are required.</li><li>Ensure investment decisions and corporate action outcomes are accurately reflected in operational systems and related data environments. </li></ul>Reference Data & Security Master Management<ul><li>Support the setup and maintenance of new and existing securities, issuers, benchmarks, indices, investment vehicles, and related reference data across internal systems.</li><li>Maintain security master records and reference data attributes for equity, fixed income, derivatives, and other securities and products.</li><li>Review prospectuses, term sheets, offering documents, vendor feeds, exchange publications, and market documentation to determine appropriate setup and maintenance requirements.</li><li>Manage key reference data attributes including issuer, country, currency, industry classification, exchange, settlement, market structure, identifiers, and other data elements required to support investment operations.</li><li>Partner with Trading, the Investment Group, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure security setup and maintenance activities support operational, regulatory, and investment requirements. </li></ul>Data Quality, Exception Management & Controls<ul><li>Investigate and resolve complex data quality issues, event discrepancies, control breaks, and exceptions across internal systems, custodians, vendors, and external market data sources.</li><li>Monitor daily exception reports, reconciliation reports, and exception queues; coordinate corrective actions with appropriate stakeholders.</li><li>Perform quality assurance reviews of reference data changes, corporate action processing, and related maintenance activities.</li><li>Identify root causes of issues and recommend process improvements, control enhancements, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Escalate significant risks, operational concerns, service issues, and unresolved exceptions when appropriate. </li></ul>Stakeholder Partnership & Business Support<ul><li>Act as a liaison between the Investment Group, Trading, custodians, vendors, operational teams, and Technology to ensure investment activities and data requirements are executed accurately.</li><li>Provide guidance regarding corporate action event processing, security setup, asset eligibility, market identifiers, operational implications, and data governance standards.</li><li>Respond to complex questions regarding event structures, processing requirements, reference data attributes, timing considerations, and downstream impacts.</li><li>Build trusted relationships across Operations, Trading, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Valuation, Tax, and Technology teams. </li></ul>Project, Change & Strategic Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in and may lead small to moderately sized projects supporting corporate actions processing, reference data platforms, data governance, system implementations, regulatory changes, and operational transformation initiatives.</li><li>Partner with Technology and business stakeholders to define requirements, develop test plans and test scenarios, perform user acceptance testing, and support production readiness.</li><li>Support implementation of new products, markets, systems, and capabilities affecting Corporate Actions and
