If you're enthusiastic about working in an environment with a people-first culture and an organization committed to good living, good food and good service, we'd love to talk to you!</p><h2>Primary Responsibilities</h2><p>The Guard Shack maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by monitoring KeHE facilities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Monday -Friday</strong></li> <li><strong>7:00PM -3:00PM</strong></li> </ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Essential Functions</h2> <ul> <li>Secures premises and personnel by monitoring access points; permitting entry to employees and preventing the entry of unauthorized people.</li> <li>Controls traffic by directing drivers.</li> <li>Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.</li> <li>Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.</li> <li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li> <li>To maintain a log book with details of the names, purpose of visit, and entry and exit times of each and every individual who enters the premises.</li> <li>To report all the suspicious acts happening in the premises to the local police.</li> <li>To direct vehicles in and around the building and to make sure that all the vehicles are safe, while inside the premises.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned, as needed or warranted, by management.</li> </ul><h2>Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude</h2> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior security experience is preferred</li> <li>Takes initiative, detail oriented, and works well independently.</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> <li>Politeness and courteousness</li> <li>Ability to handle and resolve conflicts</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> </ul><h2>Requisition ID</h2>2026-29940<h2>Equal Employer Opportunity Statement</h2>Equal Opportunity </li> </ul>
