Working closely with HR Business Partners and technology leaders, you'll help shape, execute, and measure people strategies across a broad spectrum of topics including organizational effectiveness, talent planning, workforce transformation, leadership development, associate engagement, culture, and change management.<div>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and executional level.
