<h2>Description</h2>
<p><strong>Tradesmen International</strong> is immediately hiring experienced<strong> Journeyman HVAC Technicians</strong> for projects located in or around <strong>Midland, WA</strong>. This is a first shift opportunity and the <strong>pay rate is $44-$48/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. <p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong> </p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Install and service HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, compressors, and thermostats</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydronic, and control system issues</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging</li>
<li>Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics</li>
<li>Use HVAC diagnostic tools and brazing equipment</li>
<li>Follow OSHA, LOTO, PPE, and all jobsite safety requirements</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience</li>
<li>Journeyman-level HVAC experience</li>
<li>EPA Section 608 Universal Certification</li>
<li>Strong HVAC installation and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and in confined spaces</li>
<li>Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team</li>
