This role is responsible for driving cost savings, supplier optimization, sourcing initiatives, and governance activities across a network of toll manufacturing partners. The position will work closely with the Regional Tolling Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance supply resilience, standardize procurement practices, and deliver value aligned with regional business objectives.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Support the development and execution of the IMEA toll manufacturing procurement strategy.</p></li><li><p>Lead toll manufacturer consolidation initiatives to optimize the supplier base and leverage regional spend.</p></li><li><p>Identify and implement raw material and packaging optimization opportunities to deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular price reviews, validations, and approval processes to ensure pricing competitiveness and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with toll manufacturing partners to identify, evaluate, and qualify alternative raw material sources that improve cost competitiveness and supply security.</p></li><li><p>Provide sourcing recommendations and guidance on procurement channels, including third-party suppliers and intercompany sourcing options.</p></li><li><p>Partner with the Regional Tolling Manager to develop and execute strategic sourcing projects, cost-reduction initiatives, and supply continuity plans.</p></li><li><p>Monitor supplier performance, support contract compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the toll manufacturing network.</p></li><li><p>Support supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and governance activities to ensure alignment with procurement policies and business requirements.</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance teams to support business objectives.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Basic level of experience/knowledge in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract manufacturing, or supply chain experience.</p></li><li><p>Basic experience managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in SAP, procurement systems, and Microsoft Excel.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in a regional, cross-functional environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Experience in contract/toll manufacturing procurement within the chemical, industrial, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of sourcing, supplier consolidation, and should-cost analysis.</p></li><li><p>Experience working across multiple countries within the IMEA region.</p></li><li><p>Professional procurement certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is an advantage.</p></li></ul></div>
