This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and contribute directly to the growth, direction, and success of the function.<p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead to execute the growth strategy for the UK practice, identifying opportunities within the existing client base and supporting new business proposals</li><li>Support business development activities to drive growth, working collaboratively with other teams</li><li>Design and implement robust transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients</li><li>Lead functional analysis interviews and manage the delivery of high-quality TP deliverables and documentation (Local Files, Master Files, etc.) in line with UK legislation and OECD guidelines</li><li>Support cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarking</li><li>Manage economic analysis and benchmarking processes using industry-standard TP databases</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through proactive and responsive communication</li><li>Draft high-quality technical reports with strong attention to detail and clarity of communication</li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Background &amp; Experience</b></span></p><ul><li>ACA-qualified or equivalent professional certification</li><li>Strong understanding of current UK transfer pricing legislation and the evolving OECD landscape</li><li>Experience with thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous</li><li>Proficiency in using transfer pricing databases to identify and analyse comparable data</li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>About You</b></span></p><ul><li>Able to translate complex technical tax concepts into clear, practical advice for clients</li><li>Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional reports</li><li>Collaborative and adaptable, with a mindset suited to a fast-growing and evolving environment</li><li>Takes ownership and accountability, while knowing when to seek input and guidance</li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Why Join</b></span></p><ul><li>This is not a “business as usual” role.
