Waterfront Test Manager

<h2>Overview</h2> <p>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a <strong>Waterfront Test Manager</strong> with a <strong>secret clearance and 3 years of HM&amp;E maintenance</strong>, testing &amp; repair experience to join our team in Jacksonville, FL</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Provide Waterfront Test Manager / Test Coordinator support services to NSWC-PD Department 20 Machinery Programs and Platforms for Surface Ships.</li> <li>Coordinate the execution of NSWC-PD test procedures across varying shifts for personnel safety</li> <li>Coordinate shipyard test support amongst NSWC-PD Codes</li> <li>Interface with shipyard test management personnel</li> <li>Provide weekly status reports per CDRL A001</li> <li>Specialize in Quality Assurance / Quality Control</li> </ul> <p>Provide daily support and interface of the following activities:</p> <ul> <li>Shipboard Systems Safety Plans with in-depth knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO).</li> <li>Shipboard Testing with in-depth knowledge of the Shipboard WAF process and eSOMS system</li> <li>Quality Assurance Issues</li> <li>Schedule and Dashboard Development and Maintenance</li> <li>Assisting with Data Calls</li> <li>Modernization-related travel plans for waterfront support</li> <li>Deliverables</li> <li>Action items</li> <li>Provide meeting support</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED along with graduate of a military school which demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Naval shipboard systems maintenance and operation OR</li> <li>A graduate of a trade, industrial or correspondence school for engineering and have 19 years of Navy Surface ship experience with a minimum of three (3) years experience in the operation, maintenance, testing and repair of HM&amp;E equipment installed on US Navy Surface Ships or Submarines</li> <li>Active Secret Security Clearance</li> <li>U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-EW1</p> <h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $82,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
