As a P2P Specialist in BSI, you will be part of a global leader in standards and business improvement. In this role, you’ll support the Procure-to-Pay function by ensuring vendor payments, invoice processing, and purchase order compliance are handled accurately and efficiently. This position is based on a hybrid working model with a working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Responsibilities may include:<ul><li>To ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments in SAP.</li><li>Manage the full invoice lifecycle, including invoice verification, purchase order matching, and discrepancy resolution.</li><li>Ensure all transactions are completed within agreed SLA and KPI standards.</li><li>Liaise with procurement, vendors, and internal teams to resolve invoice and/or payment issues.</li><li>Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all liabilities are recorded correctly in the accounts payable ledger.</li><li>Responsible for month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, in collaboration with the Financial Accounting team.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the P2P process.</li><li>Perform other duties as and when delegated, including back-up, business process improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks.</li></ul> To be successful in the role, you will have:<ul><li>A Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.</li><li>Experience of working in a shared services environment in similar roles within accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or vendor management.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP and PO Systems will be an advantage.</li><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li><li>The ability to collaborate.</li><li>Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively over calls, Teams and emails.</li></ul>Our Benefits: BSI offers a competitive total reward package, an independent and varied job in an international environment, flexible working hours, and ongoing training and development.D&I PolicyBSI is committed to ensuring the diversity of our workforce reflects that of our clients and the communities in which we operate.
