The role provides hands-on experience in monitoring employee trading activities, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a strong foundation in compliance, financial markets, and risk management.</p><p></p><p><b>We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.</b></p><p>The Apprenticeship Program is a 12-months opportunity in India. The Program will provide Apprentices with on-the-job-training supporting one of Citi's Business Groups. Opportunities are offered in Banking, Markets, Services, Wealth, Operations, Technology, Internal Audit, HR, Services, Risk and Control) </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist in monitoring employee personal trading activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.</p></li><li><p>Support trading statements review.</p></li><li><p>Escalate exceptions or trades not pre-cleared to senior team members.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends in personal trading activity.</p></li><li><p>Support audit, regulatory inquiries, and internal reviews as required.</p></li></ul><p><b>Skills & Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related field.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading concepts.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and organizational
