<p><strong>Tradesmen International</strong> is immediately hiring experienced <strong>Aluminum MIG/TIG Welders</strong> for projects located in or around <strong>Vancouver, WA</strong><strong>.</strong> This is a first shift opportunity and the <strong>pay rate is </strong><strong>$27–$32</strong><strong>/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. <p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components according to blueprint specifications</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, product prints, and welding symbols</li>
<li>Fit and weld component parts accurately to required specifications</li>
<li>Use hand tools, clamps, grinders, and fabrication equipment</li>
<li>Build basic jigs and fixtures as needed</li>
<li>Safely rig, handle, and move completed parts throughout the production process</li>
<li>Inspect and self-assess completed welds to ensure quality standards are met</li>
<li>Perform fitting and finishing work to meet production requirements</li>
<li>Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Work effectively as part of a production team</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2–3 years of production welding experience</li>
<li>Experience with both MIG and TIG welding</li>
<li>Must be proficient in TIG welding aluminum</li>
<li>Ability to read and work from blueprints and product prints</li>
<li>Understanding of welding symbols and fabrication requirements</li>
<li>Strong fitting and finishing skills</li>
<li>Experience with cab racks and toolboxes is a major plus</li>
<li>Mechanically inclined and comfortable using fabrication tools and equipment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li>
<li>Reliable, trustworthy, and team-oriented</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment weld test</li>
<li>Willingness to work occasional overtime</li>
