This role ensures the team produces accurate, timely, and actionable insights that enable operational leaders to make informed decisions, identify performance improvement opportunities, and drive profitable growth across the network.<br><br>This leader serves as the primary finance partner to Senior Operations Directors, while managing and developing a team. The role is accountable for strengthening financial discipline, enhancing visibility into business performance, and supporting enterprise initiatives that improve cost, efficiency, and customer service.<p><span style="font-size:12"><b>Essential Job Functions</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12">The following duties are representative of the role. This is not an exhaustive list, and additional responsibilities may be assigned.</span></p><p></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12">Lead and develop the finance operations team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure delivery of high-quality analysis, reporting, and business support.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Serve as a key finance business partner to operations leadership, influencing decisions related to business planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance optimization.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Deliver actionable financial insights by analyzing actual results, trends, and variances to identify risks, opportunities, and value creation initiatives.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Support annual budgeting and monthly close processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to corporate timelines and standards.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and systems to enhance data integrity, efficiency, and decision-making capability.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Partner with cross-functional supply chain and operations leaders to identify and execute cost savings initiatives, streamline processes, and promote best practice sharing across the network.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations that inform operational strategy and support profitable growth objectives.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, internal controls, and Menasha Packaging policies.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing timely financial updates, analysis, and ad hoc support as needed.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Build a high-performing team culture, focused on accountability, collaboration, analytical rigor, and business impact.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="font-size:12"><b>Education & Experience</b></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">7+ years of progressive finance experience required, preferably within manufacturing, operations finance, or supply chain environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">2+ years of people leadership experience strongly preferred.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="font-size:12"><b>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</b></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12">Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and operational finance principles.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive alignment with senior business leaders.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Proven track record of developing talent and leading teams through change.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both executive audiences and team members.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Deep knowledge of cost structures, manufacturing/operations metrics, and drivers of profitability.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Familiarity with financial reporting processes, month-end close, and internal controls.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Proficiency in financial systems, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., ERP, BI tools, Excel modeling).</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="font-size:12"><b>Physical Requirements & Work Environment</b></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12">Primarily office-based role.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12">Occasional travel required to support network locations and business partners.</span></li><li></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="font-size:12"><div style="text-align:left">#MPC</div></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12"><div style="text-align:left">#LI-HM1</div></span></p><p><b>Two companies, one vision.</b></p><p>Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
