Primary focus is on learning to be and contributing as a key member of a technical team supporting plant production. This position will work with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production downtime, identify root causes, and investigate, develop, and test machine and process improvements.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</b>:</p><ul><li>Troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis with other technical employees, suppliers, and external experts</li><li>Develop and implement improvements to technical issues on machines and processes</li><li>Ability to provide technical support and services to engineers, maintenance, and operations</li><li>Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of the respective functional area</li><li>Ensure work is performed in a manner that minimizes downtime</li><li>Coach, guide, and train less experienced staff on technical topics</li><li>Position may require after-hours (on-call) control system support for 24/7 production on a rotational basis</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:</b></p><ul><li>2-year technical degree or equivalent combination of formalized technical education and experience</li><li>Experience within automation/electrical field</li><li>Troubleshooting skills for process and machine automation problems</li><li>Strong aptitude in process improvement and problem-solving</li><li>Knowledge and ability to interact with Rockwell Automation PLCs and PLC software<ul><li>Opening programs, connecting online, online troubleshooting, Uploading, Downloading, making small programming changes and edits</li></ul></li><li>Must be able to read & interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings for equipment</li></ul><p></p><p><b>NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>Rockwell Automation motion control applications</li><li>Fanuc robotics troubleshooting, maintaining, and minor modifications</li><li>CNC application troubleshooting, programming, and maintaining</li></ul><p style="text-align:left !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b>PAY RANGE:</b></p>$62,960.00 - $94,440.00&#xa;&#xa;<p><b>CULTURE AND BENEFITS:</b></p><p>At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
