Company fuel card provided.</li><li>Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.</li><li>Situations arise for emergency repairs such as floods and disasters. On call shifts for weekends and nights paid for.</li><li>Working independently to complete tasks, and weekly work plans.</li><li>Creative problem solving, trouble shooting, and proactive task completion.</li></ul> Facility Maintenance Technician Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)</li><li>Must be 18 or older</li></ul> Physical Demands: The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.U-Haul Holding Company, and its family of companies including U-Haul International, Inc.
