<p>Steinhafels is currently recruiting for a General Manager. This position has the overall responsibility to oversee all operations of their facility, manage all employees, and oversee all customer and sales related matters.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p>Primary duties for the General Manager include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversees store management staff and all store employees</li>
<li>Reviews sales team under direction from the company standards</li>
<li>Address customer issues timely with a goal to resolve, satisfy the customer, and ensure it does not repeat</li>
<li>Open and close the retail store ensuring every detail has been accomplished</li>
<li>Maintaining only the highest standards of cleanliness</li>
<li>Handles all conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve</li>
<li>Responsible for the retail floor layout and presentation</li>
<li>Pre-employment surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements</li>
