This role requires deep expertise in investment operations, strong project management capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive scalable solutions and continuous improvement across our Investment Operations (IO) ecosystem.You will lead risk assessment and influence business decision-making, balancing operational needs while maximizing client value. Identify business and operational risks, determine impacts within the company and to clients, and implement solutions that support business and relationship needs.Lead Analysts possess the experience, judgement, and business knowledge to analyse and implement solutions for the most complex and/or ambiguous challenges. This knowledge base includes an in-depth understanding of the Capital System investment process, the securities and investment business, and operational functions.
