In this position, you will be responsible for sorting scrap materials, loading trucks and balers, and operating E-crane or crawler crane equipment to ensure smooth material flow across the yard. <b>Check out our job description video:</b> <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2AEPonHgSNs&list=PLqor9R59IpwvpqSC93wPdBuN-_7G6dF1J" target="_blank">Mobile Crane Operator at Niles Iron & Metal</a></p><p></p><h3><b>Schedule</b></h3><ul><li><p><b>Monday – Friday:</b> 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM</p></li><li><p><b>Saturday:</b> 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM</p></li></ul><h3><b>Location</b></h3><p>700 S Main St, Niles, OH</p><p></p><h3><b>What You’ll Bring (Required)</b></h3><ul><li><p>2 plus year's experience operating mobile or crawler cranes <b>(Liebherr, Sennebogen or Link-Belt) </b></p></li><li><p>Knowledge of scrap metal types and grading</p></li><li><p>Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently</p></li><li><p>Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow and communicate instructions clearly</p></li><li><p>Ability to meet physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)</p></li><li><p>High School Diploma or GED</p></li></ul><p><i>No GED?
