HR Business Partners engage closely with leaders and are supported by our HR Professional Services, HR Generalists, and HR Operations teams. What will the work look like for me? Your responsibilities will focus on accelerating Daktronics’ success through people, by partnering with leaders on people strategies and initiatives, leader development, capacity and capability planning, organizational and team structures, continuous improvement, change enablement while practicing and teaching behavioral based coaching methodologies.     You will partner with leaders in selected factories in Brookings, SD and Redwood Falls, MN, as part of our global Manufacturing HR team which collaborates to foster best practices consistent with Daktronics philosophies.     What do I need to be successful? Especially helpful is experience in supervising or in HR.   Where is this opportunity located?  This position will be required to report to our Brookings, SD campus during the week with occasional travel to our Redwood Falls, MN factory. Daktronics offers flexibility to work from a home office occasionally. Exact working hours are flexible, but this position will be based on working during regular business hours in the Central time zone.  <h2>Qualifications</h2> To be considered for HR Business Partner, we require the following: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree is required. </li> <li>Supervisory or Human Resources experience is preferred. </li> <li>To effectively exercise discretion, objectivity, and independent judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality. </li> <li>The selected individual must be able to travel by air and ground and comply with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy to begin and maintain employment.
