<p><strong>Tradesmen International</strong> is immediately hiring experienced <strong>Electricians/Generator Technicians </strong>for projects located in the <strong>Clinton, NJ area</strong>. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is <strong>up to $36/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. <p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Install, wire, commission, troubleshoot, and service residential and light-commercial electrical systems</li>
<li>Install and service automatic standby generators, transfer switches, and associated equipment</li>
<li>Perform electrical work in accordance with NEC requirements, manufacturer specifications, and applicable local codes</li>
<li>Diagnose electrical and generator-related problems and determine appropriate repairs</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance and warranty-related service on installed generator systems</li>
<li>Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, technical specifications, and installation documentation</li>
<li>Verify proper generator sizing and electrical connections based on project requirements</li>
<li>Work with natural-gas and propane-powered standby generator systems</li>
<li>Assist with generator start-up, testing, commissioning, and customer orientation</li>
<li>Identify code, installation, or equipment issues and communicate findings to management and customers</li>
<li>Maintain accurate service documentation and job records</li>
<li>Coordinate with permitting, inspection, and project personnel as required</li>
<li>Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service</li>
<li>Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site</li>
