Key Duties & Responsibilities<ul><li>Load or unload materials onto or off of trailers, pallets, skids, etc.,</li></ul><ul><li>Move levers and press pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus,</li><li>Position forks under unitized stacks, loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transport load to designated area,</li><li>Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device,</li><li>Inventory materials on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed,</li><li>Replace liquefied gas tank as needed,</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors</li></ul> Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired<ul><li>Occasionally stand and walk.</li><li>Continuously sit.</li><li>Occasionally push/pull.</li><li>Continuously bend, squat, twist, kneel and crouch.</li><li>Continuously use hand, foot control.</li><li>Continuously use hands for grasping.</li><li>Occasionally carry or lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Continuously use head and neck in flex and rotating.</li><li>Occasionally reach above shoulder level.</li><li>Occasionally be in dusty conditions.</li><li>Occasionally be around moving machinery.</li><li>Continuously operate a forklift.</li><li>Occasionally operate hand tools.</li><li>Occasionally exposed to high noise levels.</li><li>Occasionally wear hearing protection.</li><li>Continuously wear protective toe footwear and eye protection.</li></ul> Qualifications Desired<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous industrial truck operator experience</li><li>Handheld scanner experience</li></ul> Compensation & benefits:<ul><li>The starting wage for this position is $23.39/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential,</li><li>Robust benefit offerings</li></ul>Two companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
