<p>Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor</p>

<p>To perform team functions necessary to accomplish transformer production requirements to ensure customer on time delivery</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p>Position responsibilities as follows:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>· Prepare finished transformers and components for shipment by selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods.</p>
<p>· Secure products using straps, shrink wrap, crates, or pallets to ensure safe transportation.</p>
<p>· Apply correct labels, shipping tags, and documentation according to customer specifications and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p>· Inspect packaged items for accuracy and quality before release to shipping.</p>
<p>· Maintain a clean and organized packaging area and comply with safety standards.</p>
<p>· Operate packaging equipment and tools safely and perform routine checks as needed.</p>
<p>· Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and provide feedback for process improvements.</p>
<p>· Collaborate with shipping and production teams to meet delivery schedules and resolve packaging issues promptly.</p>
<p>· Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.</p>
<p>· Helps manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.</p>
<p>· Collaborates and communicates with Warehouse Supervisor, logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.</p>
<p>· Updates Warehouse Supervisor of the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.</p>
<p>· Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, inventory, and counting accurately.</p>
<p>· Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.</p>
<p>· Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.</p>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<p>Physical Requirements:</p>
<p>· Bending, twisting, stooping, and pulling.</p>
<p>· Be able to stand for long periods at a time.</p>
<p>· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.</p>
<p>· Position contingent on passing all applicable fit for duty requirements.</p>

<p>Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:</p>
<p>· High school diploma or equivalent; technical or quality-related certification preferred.</p>
<p>· Experience in packaging or shipping within a manufacturing environment is preferred.</p>
<p>· Ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping instructions.</p>
<p>· Basic knowledge of packaging materials and methods for heavy industrial products</p>
<p>· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p>
<p>· Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (up to 50 lbs).</p>
<p>· 6 months logistics experience.</p>
<p>· Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date.</p>
