<p><strong>Tradesmen International</strong> is immediately hiring experienced <strong>CNC Lathe Machinists</strong> for projects located in or around <strong>Valencia, CA. </strong>This is a first shift opportunity and the <strong>pay rate is $28-$35/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. <p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Program, set up, and operate multi-turn CNC lathe machines</li>
<li>Select and install correct machining parameters and control settings</li>
<li>Regulate variable factors during the manufacturing process</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical specifications</li>
<li>Establish tooling requirements, setup procedures, and operational sequences</li>
<li>Perform first-article and in-process inspections</li>
<li>Utilize precision measurement equipment and OGP inspection programs for valves</li>
<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues to maintain quality and efficiency</li>
<li>Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standards</li>
</ul>

<h3>Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to program, set up, and operate multi-turn CNC lathe machines</li>
<li>Proficiency with precision measurement equipment</li>
<li>Experience using OGP inspection programs</li>
<li>Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and planning sheets</li>
<li>Working knowledge of basic algebra and geometry</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team</li>
