<p>This exciting role will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities for global industry leaders. <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p>The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment. </p>

<li>Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases, ensuring effective team development, coordination, and performance. </li>
<li>Manage client relationships to exceed expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery. </li>
<li>Define project scope, develop work plans, allocate resources, and align team capabilities with project needs. </li>
<li>Execute projects within approved budget, funding, and schedule, in accordance with the Project Execution Plan and established procedures. </li>
<li>Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. </li>
<li>Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and keep leadership informed of emerging issues. </li>
<li>Facilitate change management by aligning with clients on scope, timing, and process for variations. </li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure proper communication across all stakeholders. </li>
<li>Approve and issue project documents, monitor progress, and generate client reports as required.</li>
<li>Manage invoicing, review financial reports, expedite receivables, and support cash flow tracking, supported by the accounting staff.</li>
<li>Manage contracts for external consultants and services, supported by corporate procurement group.</li>
<li>Mentor project managers, support project audits, and address feedback and corrective actions. </li>
<li>Assist in developing marketing presentations and represent the firm in new business opportunities. Identify new business opportunities. Develop qualification and fee proposals for pursuits. </li>
<li>Travel as needed for coordination, training, or client engagement.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<p><strong>Qualifications You’ll Need on Day One:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture or additional 4+ years of directly applicable experience in lieu of technical degree. </li>
<li> At least 5 years of experience managing projects in Engineering and Construction.</li>
<li><strong>Proven experience managing the design or construction of data center projects, preferably within an engineering consulting environment, is required.</strong></li>
<li>Knowledge of contract management, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, new construction building systems/components and technology, and construction administration. </li>
<li>Experience with various disciplines, trades, and systems related to complex industrial facilities, with an emphasis on full project delivery.</li>
<li>Experience in the execution of multi-office projects with remote teams.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of engineering principles and industry standards. </li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li>
<li>Demonstrated business development capabilities, characterized by a strong customer-centric mindset, a high degree of professional enthusiasm, and a sustained commitment to identifying, cultivating, and advancing new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to project locations for short-term visits to client sites.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and passport for potential project-related international travel.</li>
