About This Role
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Provide expertise in the area of PowerBi Analytics</li><li>Create data models, advanced DAX calculations, and custom measures to support business analytics needs</li><li>Create ETL flows, SSIS packages, Azure Data Pipelines, to perform extract transform and load functionality</li><li>Innovate and be creative in your data analysis, problem solving and presentation of solutions</li><li>Stay up to date with Power BI features and best practices.</li><li>Handle outages or issues raised on Service now in the form of tickets / incidents</li><li>Take additional responsibilities as & when required</li><li>Help train new hires on all processes & skillsets required</li><li>Coach, motivate and guide the junior team members</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>At least 4-7 years’ experience in data analytics along with UG / PG degree</li><li>Good understanding of PowerBI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud Solutions (Azure) + Python.</li><li>Experience in supporting Analytic solution roll outs and working across different time zones.</li><li>Experience managing projects or working towards a deadline.</li><li>Working with clients or customers internal or external.</li><li>Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.</li><li>Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization.</li><li>Willingness to accommodate work schedules that align with onsite hours</li><li>Upskill on new technologies to implement on the job / new business requirement</li></ul><br />
