The Specialist will work with European stakeholders, acquired-company contacts, and the US-based integration manager to track activities, resolve data issues, monitor deadlines, and ensure integration requirements are completed accurately and on time.<br><br>The successful candidate will initially support an incoming European acquisition and progressively develop ownership of the European integration workstream.<p></p><p><b>Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results</b></p><p></p><p><b>People:</b></p><ul><li>Create a positive and collaborative team member experience. </li><li>Build effective working relationships with European stakeholders, the US-based integration manager and acquired-company contacts. </li><li>Communicate clearly and proactively regarding project status, action items, deadlines and outstanding requirements. </li><li>Seek guidance when required and escalate risks or blockers at the appropriate time. </li><li>Develop the knowledge and confidence required to take increasing ownership of the European integration workstream. </li><li>Support colleagues by maintaining accurate, accessible, and up-to-date integration information. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Client:</b></p><ul><li>Support the successful operational integration of acquired companies into Ryan.</li><li>Coordinate the collection of data required from acquired companies and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Help ensure that acquired-company information is transferred accurately into Salesforce and other relevant Ryan systems.</li><li>Monitor the completeness, consistency and quality of data received during the integration process.</li><li>Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing, incomplete or inconsistent information.</li><li>Maintain appropriate confidentiality when handling company, client, contact and other commercially sensitive data.</li><li>Support meetings related to acquisitions and integrations by preparing information, recording decisions and documenting actions.</li><li>Maintain clear records of stakeholder requirements, system dependencies and outstanding data issues.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Value:</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate assigned acquisition and integration activities across the European workstream.</li><li>Maintain project trackers covering actions, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks and deadlines.</li><li>Ensure that commitments, decisions and action items are accurately captured and followed through to completion.</li><li>Support the preparation, validation and organisation of data before it is uploaded or transferred into internal systems.</li><li>Work with relevant stakeholders to coordinate Salesforce data integration activities.</li><li>Identify data-quality issues and ensure they are resolved or escalated appropriately.</li><li>Provide regular and accurate progress updates to the US-based integration manager and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Take increasing ownership of the European integration process as knowledge and experience develop.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve the consistency and efficiency of recurring integration activities.</li><li>Explore appropriate uses of AI and automation to reduce repetitive manual work, while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality and appropriate oversight.</li><li>Document processes and contribute to the development of repeatable integration procedures.</li><li>Perform other acquisition, integration and data-coordination duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Zero to three years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Experience may include internships, placements or entry-level work in:<ul><li>Data operations</li><li>Project coordination</li><li>CRM administration or support</li><li>Systems implementation</li><li>Business operations</li><li>Acquisition or integration support</li></ul></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and an interest in working with data are essential.</li><li>Ability to organise tasks, manage deadlines and follow up across multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Willingness and ability to learn acquisition processes, Salesforce and internal systems on the job.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while recognising when support or escalation is required.</li><li>Experience handling confidential or proprietary information preferred.</li><li>Interest in process improvement, AI or automation is advantageous.</li><li>Previous acquisition, integration or Salesforce experience is beneficial but not essential.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Computer Skills:</span></b></p><p></p><p></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have:</p><ul><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.</li><li>Confidence working with spreadsheets and structured data.</li><li>Ability to learn Salesforce and other internal systems.</li><li>Ability to enter, review, organise and validate data accurately.</li><li>Ability to use digital project trackers and collaboration tools.</li><li>Basic understanding of CRM systems
