<p><b><u>PRIMARY FUNCTION</u></b><br /> </p><p>Review, analyze & audit Target’s promotion, sales, defectives & promotional/non-promotional contracts to identify & recover revenue leakages by partnering with vendor partners.</p><p></p><p><b><u>L3 - PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b></p><ul><li>Audit Target's Promotion, Sales, Defectives and promotional/non-promotional Contracts to identify potential revenue leakages</li><li>Collaborate with vendors & buyers to recover potential revenue leakages for Target</li><li>Use critical thinking and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to enhance vendor income audit findings</li><li>Identify root cause of audit findings & collaborate with internal stakeholders to make process changes that reduces/eliminates revenue leakage</li><li>Partner across other teams to learn new methods to interpret data as well as develop new ways of analyzing large volumes of data</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes & questions raised by vendors on audit findings</li><li>Highlight findings & share feedbacks on audit process in a timely manner</li><li>Support technology changes/transformations through continuous inputs & also play key role in testing & implementation</li><li>Support key projects/initiatives that can help streamline the existing process or enhance the audit scope</li><li>Works in a cross-functional team; collaborates with startup to ensure all deliverables are met on time</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>JOB REQUIREMENTS</u></b></p><p></p><p><b>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><ul><li>College degree (Business, Accounting preference)</li><li>2-4 yrs of recovery audit experience.</li><li>Strong written and oral communications skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong MS Office skills (Excel proficiency a must)</li><li>Strong analytical/problem-solving/decision-making skills</li><li>Ability to work independently with high level of initiative</li><li>Expertize in collaborating with vendor partners</li><li>Recovery Audit / B2B Collection Experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>DESIRED REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience/certifications in data analytics</li></ul><h3></h3><p></p><p></p><p></p>
