Thrive in an environment of high expectations and collaboration.</li><li>Mindset: Hold a growth mindset and commit to continuously honing their teaching craft </li><li>Relationship-Building: Have strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with both children and adults.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA California teaching credential in the assigned subject area(s) and a valid <a href="https://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/serving-english-learners-%28cl-622%29" target="_blank">English Learner Authorization</a> are required. Applicants who will hold any of the following credentials by their start date are welcome to apply:<ul><li>California Multiple Subject Credential or California Single Subject Credential in English or with an Introductory Supplementary Authorization in English (Clear or Preliminary). Applicants will be required to provide a copy of the credential, or, if in progress, a status letter from their credential program.</li><li>California University or District Intern Credential in English. Applicants will be required to provide an intern-eligibility letter from their credential program.</li><li>Equivalent Out-of-State Credential transferring to California.
