<h2>Overview</h2> <p></p> <p>Do you have <strong>2+ years of Navy Logisitics Information Systems</strong> experience and a <strong>Secret Clearance?</strong>&nbsp; AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a <strong>SPIR Coordinator</strong> to support HM&amp;E testing in Jacksonville, FL</p> <p></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p></p> <ul> <li>Provide Administrative support services to NSWC-PD Department 20 Machinery Programs and Platforms.</li> <li> Specialize in System/Software Problem/Improvement Report (SPIR)&nbsp;Coordination support for Surface Ships undergoing maintenance availabilities.&nbsp;</li> <li> Accurately Input handwritten SPIR reports into the approved NSWC-PD SPIR Tracking Tool</li> <li> Continuously monitor the SPIR Tracking Tool Database</li> <li>Provide weekly SPIR reports to the customer</li> <li> Utilization of SPIR Tracking Sheets and Databases to meet SURFMEPP product value stream by working closely with:</li> </ul> <p></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li> Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Modernization Coordination Office</li> <li> TYCOMM</li> <li> SURFMEPP Community / NAVSEA</li> </ul></li> </ul> <p>AMS1</p> <p></p> <p></p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED&nbsp;</li> <li> Minimum 2 years of experience providing&nbsp;System/Software Problem/Improvement Report (SPIR) OR JIRA, R-Supply, One Touch, NALCOMMIS or OMMS-NG coordination for surface ships undergoing maintenance availabilities.&nbsp;</li> <li> 2 years of experience in the utilization of tracking spreadsheets and databases.</li> <li> Specialize in Quality Assurance</li> <li>Active Secret security clearance.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $65,000.00/Yr. - USD $77,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
