<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p><strong>Logistics Support Analyst</strong> focused on System Delivery, Storage, and Sustainment:</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate logistics resources for the delivery and storage of government property. Verify and report status of existing property in storage to primary stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage logistics efforts to develop and implement planning for system configurations/reconfigurations at multiple locations.</li>
<li>Develop and implement maintenance plans for both scheduled and unscheduled activities, ensuring adherence to preservation requirements for stored systems. </li>
<li>Identify problem areas and trends that indicate potential problem areas. Create mitigation strategies and brief the Government customer on the resolutions. </li>
<li>Provide assistance to DOD, Federal Agencies and authorized customers in screening and selecting property for reutilization. </li>
<li>Administrate accountable records, adjustments, inventory corrections, and monitor the record status of government property inventory. </li>
<li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and accountability of excess or surplus property to prevent damage, loss, or personal injury. </li>
<li>Assist in stakeholder coordination, training, and other aspects of the property storage function. </li>
<li>Provide status and briefings to the Government customer(s) as required. </li>
<li>Provides acquisition logistic support including sustainability, reliability, maintainability, and</li>
<li>Conduct distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.</li>
<li>General knowledge of the Federal Supply System as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Active TS clearance is a MUST.</strong></li>
<li><strong>U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.</strong></li>
<li>BS or BA degree in a technical, business, or management field from an accredited college or university. </li>
<li>12+ years of overall experience with 5 years of experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics. </li>
<li>Experience with and understanding of DoD government property policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Adept at briefing program office level leadership.</li>
<li>Proficiency with MS Excel, and other MS Office applications.</li>

<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $135,000.00/Yr. - USD $170,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
