execution of all planning activities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide strategic oversight of mechanical, electrical, I&C, and modification planning, including preventive maintenance coordination and procedure development.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Participate in scheduling and field implementation processes to ensure planning strategies are practical and efficient.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Make long-range planning and organizational decisions to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Serve as Maintenance Outage Manager when assigned, directing production and outage efforts across maintenance disciplines.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure readiness goals and milestones are met for outages and target weeks, incorporating feedback to improve work package quality and crew efficiency.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Promote continuous improvement through benchmarking, industry involvement, and participation in working groups and<span> </span></span><span>assist</span><span><span> </span>visits.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Establish goals, train and develop staff, and provide performance feedback and career guidance.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Maintain strong working relationships with bargaining unit employees and ensure alignment with labor agreements.</span></span><span> codes.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Extensive knowledge of nuclear plant operations,<span> </span></span><span>demonstrated</span><span><span> </span>through a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license, Shift Technical Advisor qualification, plant-specific certification, or equivalent.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong understanding of power plant systems, interactions, and operational impacts.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Working knowledge of Susquehanna Technical Specifications, company policies, and station procedures.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience in union relations.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Proficiency</span><span><span> </span>with planning and scheduling tools, including:</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>NIMS: Work document planning, review,<span> </span></span><span>component</span><span><span> </span>information, and modification processes; understanding of work implementation and Work Management Process.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>P-3: Ability to analyze and evaluate work windows, logic
