Here, you’ll </span><span>contribute to the end-to-end attribute and product content collection for all items while ensuring data </span><span>quality improvements and measurements. You’ll also analyze digital content, provide enterprise-wide data </span><span>project management, strategically influence the development of new technology and engage with a </span><span>diverse set of cross-functional partners from throughout the enterprise on the successful execution of new </span><span>brand launches and programs.</span><br /><br /><span>As a Lead Specialist you will manage enterprise item data in order to enable a superior experience for our </span><span>guests in stores and online.</span><br /><br /><span>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Item Setup – Completes item set-ups within the assigned level of service via partnership with </span><span>merchant teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendor partners. Holds partners accountable</span></p></li><li><p><span>to item data requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Data Quality - Drives data accuracy and ensures consistency across categories; Collaborate with </span><span>cross functional teams to validate and remediate data according to category strategy.</span><span>Item Launches – Evaluate launch readiness through troubleshooting, remediating, and</span></p></li><li><p><span>communicating about launch blocks, system issues, and content generation with external vendors </span><br /><span>and internal partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communication – Strong written and verbal communication with vendor partners, Merchants </span><span>teams, and other Support partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mentoring- Train, coach and mentor team members in handling Process and Partner Queries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Training- Assist and participate in Item CoE trainings for new hires and refresher trainings.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Department Ownership- Be a Department/Division owner in terms of workload planning, </span><span>prioritization, new updates, and process changes and be a point person for communication </span><span>between Minneapolis and the other TM’s in the group</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate and execute cross functional initiatives such as Product Data Planning, Data Quality </span><span>and Guest reviews.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Project Manager role for key launches</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet assigned level of service.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Aides in developing best methods and identifying process improvements and efficiencies.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /><span>Job duties may change at any time due to business needs</span><span>.</span><br /><br /><span>About you:</span><br /><span>1.</span><span> </span><span>College degree or equivalent work experience</span><br /><span>2.</span><span> </span><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills</span><br /><span>3.</span><span> </span><span>Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize</span><br /><span>4.</span><span> </span><span>Willingness to embrace ambiguity and remain flexible</span><br /><span>5.</span><span> </span><span>Ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency and initiative</span><br /><span>6.</span><span> </span><span>Detail oriented</span><br /><span>7.</span><span> </span><span>Naturally curious; enjoys researching root issues</span><br /><span>8.</span><span> </span><span>Strong interpersonal skills</span><br /><span>9.</span><span> </span><span>PC experience (Excel, Outlook)</span></p></div><h3></h3><p></p><p></p><p></p>
