<p><strong>Tradesmen International</strong> is immediately hiring experienced <strong>Drywall Hangers / Painters</strong> for projects located in or around <strong>Eugene, OR.</strong> This is a first shift opportunity and <strong>the pay rate is $20-$28/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. <p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Cut, hang, install, and repair drywall</li>
<li>Perform drywall taping, mudding, patching, and finishing</li>
<li>Skim coat and sand drywall to achieve smooth, professional finishes</li>
<li>Apply hand and machine textures</li>
<li>Match existing drywall textures during repairs and restoration projects</li>
<li>Prepare drywall surfaces for painting</li>
<li>Perform interior and exterior painting using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment</li>
<li>Complete surface preparation, masking, caulking, sanding, and staining</li>
<li>Safely move and protect customer furnishings and belongings as needed</li>
<li>Calculate material and supply requirements for projects</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with project managers and team members</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of professional drywall and painting experience</li>
<li>Strong drywall installation and repair skills</li>
<li>Experience with taping, mudding, patching, skimming, sanding, and finishing</li>
<li>Experience with hand and machine-applied textures</li>
<li>Ability to match existing textures and produce professional-quality finishes</li>
<li>Experience with interior and exterior painting</li>
<li>Proficiency with brush, roller, and spray applications</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record</li>
<li>Ability to pass a criminal background check</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
