After 30 days of employment, you’ll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes<br><br>· Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance<br><br>· 401K with Company Match<br><br>· Annual Incentive Plan<br><br>· And much more!<br><br>We also provide a safe work environment and a family-friendly work schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.<p><span style="color:#000000">Key Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Interpret blueprints and tool drawings/designs and implement engineering changes on molds and tools.</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Troubleshoot, solve and perform mold and tooling repairs and retrofit work.</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Repair hot runners systems, valve operated gating systems, water leaks, damages, etc.</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Perform mold repair and troubleshooting activities in the press during production runs.</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Perform regular mold preventive maintenance activities.</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Understanding of insert and version changes on molds.</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required.</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Knowledge of hand tool use and care.</span></p><br /><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Work Experience:</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· 1 year of continuous employment</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Strong mechanical aptitude</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Blueprint reading</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">· Electrical troubleshooting</span></p><p><b>Two companies, one vision.</b></p><p>Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
