Process Associate

<p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Review AI-generated summaries of medical documents for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.</p></li><li><p>Cross-check the summary against the specific client/underwriter requirement specification before finalizing.</p></li><li><p>Edit, correct, and format the document to match the exact client specification and template.</p></li><li><p>Verify medical terminology, diagnoses, and clinical details are correctly interpreted and represented.</p></li><li><p>Ensure zero/minimal errors in the final report — accuracy is a top priority.</p></li><li><p>Understand underwriting context to ensure the summary supports underwriting decision-making needs.</p></li><li><p>Deliver completed reports within the assigned turnaround time (TAT).</p></li><li><p>Escalate ambiguous, incomplete, or inconsistent AI outputs to the appropriate team/lead.</p></li><li><p>Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks set by the process.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with team members, QA, and leads to resolve recurring AI errors or gaps.</p></li></ul><p><br /><br />Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Paramedical field (freshers eligible).</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of, or aptitude for learning, medical terminology and clinical documentation.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively within a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Professional, courteous, and client-focused approach.</p></li><li><p>Ability to consistently meet deadlines/targets within a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work day shift.</p></li><li><p>Basic familiarity with AI tools is a plus (training will be provided).</p></li></ul>
