This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to grow in a manufacturing quality environment.</p><p> </p><p><span style="color:#1f3a5f"><b>Role Responsibilities</b></span></p><p>·         Support cross-functional teams in new project launches and intercompany project transfers.</p><p>·         Assist in maintaining and executing product quality criteria across all processes; support optimization efforts under senior guidance.</p><p>·         Participate in and support customer complaint investigations from a quality perspective, including data collection and root cause analysis.</p><p>·         Assist in training inspectors and technicians on product quality criteria; support the development and optimization of the inspection system.</p><p>·         Work with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives for COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) targets at department and plant level.</p><p>·         Assist in preparing PPAP documentation and track submission status until customer approval is obtained.</p><p>·         Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan development and review from a quality perspective.</p><p>·         Support LPA (Layered Process Audit) implementation in the plant, including audit execution and tracking corrective actions to closure.</p><p>·         Support the Quality Manager in driving internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up of audit findings.</p><p>·         Other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager and higher-level managers (QMS maintenance, quality activities, etc.).</p><p> </p><p><span style="color:#1f3a5f"><b>Key Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></span></p><p><b>Education Qualification:</b></p><p>·         Bachelor&#39;s degree (Engineering preferred).</p><p><b>Technical Competence &amp; Skills:</b></p><p>·         Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001 / IATF16949).</p><p>·         Familiarity with or willingness to learn APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA methodologies.</p><p>·         Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.</p><p><b>Relevant Experience:</b></p><p>·         3 years of working experience in quality engineering or a related manufacturing role;</p><p> </p><p><b>Others (travel, language, etc.):</b></p><p>·         Good command of written and spoken English.</p><p>·         Strong communication skills and good teamwork spirit.</p><p>·         Willing to travel as required.</p><p></p><p></p><p><span><span>Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
