This position will require partnership across multiple stakeholders within the organization and will have significant exposure and growth opportunities supported by a management team committed to associate development. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>What You Will Do:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Prepare monthly reporting </span><span>for accounts receivable data, including past due, DSO</span><span>, </span><span>customer</span><span> level analysis</span><span>, deduction / short-pay trends, </span><span>aged credit / debits</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Support the annual plan process by partnering with </span><span>GBS+ </span><span>collections, division finance</span><span>,</span><span> and cross-functional leadership </span><span>to drive business unit level past due and DSO </span><span>planning and ownership</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Support monthly </span><span>corporate</span><span> and business</span><span> unit</span><span> level reviews of past due AR and DSO </span><span>planning and performance</span><span> with analysis and reporting</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop and prepare ad hoc analysis </span><span>related to various OTC topics to </span><span>aid in driving improved business performance (</span><span>non-standard requests, complex driver analysis, system/data discrepancies </span><span>impacting accounts receivable and related reserves)</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead analysis of accounts receivable data supporting monthly / quarterly </span><span>AR subledger and balance sheet account adjustments</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Serve as</span><span> data and reporting</span><span> subject matter expert bridging</span><span> OTC function with other </span><span>functions such as IT, corporate accounting,</span><span> and</span><span> </span><span>business units</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Minimum Qualifications:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>4</span></span><span><span> years </span><span>of accounting and/or finance experience</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Preferred Qualifications</span><span>:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Financial Planning & Analysis experience with the ability to develop, implement, interpret, and leverage financial models to support business decision-making</span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience identifying key business performance metrics and developing clear, actionable management reporting and dashboards</span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights and recommendations</span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial and operational information to both financial and non-financial audiences, including senior leadership</span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong understanding and usage of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with advanced functionality</span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>BI Fluency - familiarity with analytic tools such as Power BI and Alteryx, with an understanding of basic data models</span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience with SAP and Oracle HFM / EPM is a plus</span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div>
