<p>Join Ecolab as a <b>Logistics Associate</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>What’s in it For You:</b></p><ul><li>The opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments</li><li>The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth</li><li>The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives and ideas to achieve our best</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b></p><ul><li>Daily warehouse forklift operation and maintenance</li><li>Goods or raw materials receiving, storing and delivery</li><li>End goods picking up and delivering; raw materials handover with production</li><li>Inventory management and cleaning; stock check</li><li>Standard operation per 5S regulations</li><li>Support production, engineering and other work that requires personnel or forklift</li><li>Conduct safety supervision upon vendors, customers and all related operation</li><li>Lead the warehouse management team through giving subordinates guidelines, managing their daily work, and supervising the working safety and the sanitation of the whole team</li><li>Ensure that the warehouse strictly complies with the ISO standards and related operational requirements of the logistics, and optimizing the relevant operation procedures</li><li>Organize month-end and year-end stock check to keep the inventory data clear, real-time and accurate; strictly complying with the principle of FIFO (first-in, first-out), to ensure in-stock chemicals’ quality</li><li>Organize goods delivery service timely and accurately; checking goods receiving information to ensure faultless and improve the quality of logistics services</li><li>Lead Warehouse 5S and Lean Project continuously to improve team performance</li><li>Evaluate employees’ performance, focusing on employee development, organizing staff training, and improving employees’ operation </li><li>Monitor daily supervision and management of the rental warehouse</li><li>Conduct supplier contractor training and management</li><li>Planning the warehouse purchasing budget and lowering the operational cost of the warehouse</li><li>Strictly observe all the safety rules in the national laws and corporate safety regulations</li><li>Strictly comply with all the codes of conduct, employee handbook, work flow, operation standards and other regulations required by Ecolab, the factory or the division.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>High school education or above</li><li>2 years logistics experience</li><li>Skilled forklift operation with a forklift license</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Be familiar with warehouse management process and have a strong team management capability</li><li>3 years work experience as a junior warehouse operator in the company</li><li>A strong sense of responsibility</li><li>A good sense of teamwork and communication ability</li><li>A good command of SAP system</li><li>Be familiar with Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel etc.</li></ul><p></p>
