<p>SSOE is looking to hire an <strong>Architectural Design Intern</strong> who is enthusiastic about design and ready to join our creative studio environment with the opportunity to participate in the design of state-of-the-art buildings for the world’s leading companies. This is an onsite role requiring daily attendance at our <strong>Toledo, OH</strong> or <strong>Columbus, OH</strong> office. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Performs a variety of routine project design assignments, with growing responsibility, guided by a project engineer/architect or department manager.</li>
<li>Works from both own designs and designs of others, compiles data, performs design computations, makes quantity take-offs, and assists in preparation of cost estimates.</li>
<li>Drafts interpretation of own design into completed working drawings and applies design fundamentals.</li>
<li>Develops project details, prepares selections, and adapts to alternatives.</li>
<li>Maintains working knowledge of the discipline's codes and studies non-routine code issues.</li>
<li>Performs production of construction documents.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in a NAAB-accredited architecture program</li>
<li>Revit experience required</li>
<li>3D rendering skills (Enscape, V-ray, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.)</li>
<li>Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign</li>
<li>Eager to learn and passionate about design</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership in school or community</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal, written, and graphic skills</li>
<li>Resourceful, self-motivated, collaborative team player</li>
<li>Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour</li>
