Explain, preparer and maintain support documentation. <br />• Preparer account reconciliations. Perform analysis, follow-Up on open Items, maintain support documentation and escalate unreconciled items to the correct level. <br />• Review and approve account reconciliations. Detect accounting errors and provide feedback to preparers. <br />• Prepare support documentation for audit purpose. (SOX, internal and external). <br />Actively participate on audit Walkthroughs. <br />• Participate in the writing, updating and defining Desktop Procedures, Policies and Narratives. <br />• Detect and escalate all process and accounting tasks that are not working properly or need to be improved. <br />• Prepare Key Performance Metrics (KPI´s) <br />• Collaborate with Team Leads where they support is required. <br />• Maintain fluid communication with stakeholders and other GBS teams. <br />• Support Team Leads in preparation of trainings and in the detection of training opportunities. <br />• Perform trainings and assist other team members. <br />• Active participation in projects and transitions, where they are identified as key expert or key team member, <br />• If needed, be actively part of the recruiting process for new employees, Support Management. <br />• Contribute to knowledge management activities by identifying and updating knowledge as requested and required. <br />• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and participating in improvement projects. </p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications: </b><br />• Degree in accounting or finance and 4+ years of significant work experience. <br />• Familiarity with fundamental business principles, processes, and terminology. <br />• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes in a dynamic business environment. <br />• Ability to work with data accurately and pay attention to details. <br />• Excellent verbal and written communications. <br />• Strong knowledge of USGAAPs.
