<p>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Work with DoD Civilians, USN Fleet Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Industry and other contractors in the planning and execution of trainer development using simulation technologies.</li>
<li>Maintain expert level understanding of generating Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) & Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) imagery using the Boeing Multi-Mode Radar Simulation (MMRS) in conjunction with Aechelon Image Generators (IG).</li>
<li>Ensure geospatial raster and vector data are properly handled by a map server to accurately display geospatial visuals and behavior to system operators.</li>
<li>Performs analysis, diagnostics and preliminary evaluations of RADAR simulation applications to support customer training efforts.</li>
<li>Support integration effort to identify and resolve performance issues, enhancements, and defect resolution for all aspects of the simulation.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree and 13+ years of related work experience</li>
<li>US Citizenship & a minimum of a current TOP SECRET clearance</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Expert level experience in at least three of the following: Next Generation Threat System (NGTS), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) & Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR), Boeing Multi-Mode Radar Simulation (MMRS), Aechelon Image Generators (IG)</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.</li>

<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $95.00/Hr. - USD $100/Hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
