<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p>We are looking for a Project Manager with a great attitude, strong client focus, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment to join our Maryland Team.</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate, address and resolve purchasing challenges during the initial stages of pre-construction.</li>
<li>Collaborating with Estimating and Purchasing in setting up of projects to insure profitability, client satisfaction and the best subcontractors for the project.</li>
<li>Working in partnership with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule.</li>
<li>Thorough completion of all financial data with an eye to quickly identify potential/existing issues that could lead to subpar financial performance.</li>
<li>Maintaining and developing relationships to reinforce a commitment to world-class customer service across the board: including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor.</li>
<li>Experience building multiple projects at a time specifically in Commercial, Tenant Interiors, Hospitality (Hotels), or other occupied spaces such as healthcare renovations upwards of $5M. </li>
<li>Software experience doing financials in P6.</li>
<li>Direct responsibility for leading and developing staff.</li>
<li>Highly organized, client focused, and ability to connect.</li>
<li>Experience with Timberline, Sage and Procore or similar project management tools required.</li>
<li>Must have the flexibility for required business travel.</li>

<h2>Salary Range Information</h2>
<p><strong>Maryland Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 </strong>The range is Maryland based. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity. </p>
