As a Strategic Sourcing Lead, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, independently leading sourcing strategies, negotiations, and category initiatives – consistently delivering on fundamentals and advanced sourcing techniques through the execution of complex and/or ambiguous projects with tailored engagement models that deliver measurable and sustainable value for Target. You’ll own, grow, and proactively pipeline your book of business and will be accountable for driving strategy, execution, and results.
