<p><b><span>Job Summary:</span></b></p><p>As an HRIS Analyst III, this professional will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and analysis of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday. This role involves managing HR data, generating reports, and providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of HR systems. They will lead HRIS-related projects and initiatives for system enhancements and upgrades, and act as subject matter experts across multiple Workday functional areas.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Work Mode:</span></b> Remote</p><p><b><span>Shift Timings:</span></b> <b>Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 3:30am IST</b><br /><b><span>Location:</span></b> Mumbai -Remote</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage and maintain HRIS applications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the Workday platform.</li><li>Participate in and lead the planning, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules and features, including Workday's semi-annual release cycles.</li><li>Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, and reports to meet evolving business needs.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system upgrades and customizations.</li><li>Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, providing technical support to HR users.</li><li>Serve as the assigned SME for 3+ functional areas (e.g., Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, learning, peakon and extend).</li><li>Provide guidance and support for more junior team members.</li><li>Stay up to date on major releases and news across assigned functional areas.</li><li>Responsible for QMS procedures listed in QMS Procedure Crosswalk found in QMS Manual as applicable.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What We Are Looking For: </span></b></p><ul><li>8-10 years of experience in HRIS analysis, support, or similar role.</li><li>Proven ability to independently lead Workday functional areas end-to-end — including Recruiting and others — owning configuration, enhancements, and production support.<b> (Mandatory)</b></li><li>Experience with Workday report writing (advanced, matrix, composite), calculated fields, and EIB data loads <b>(Mandatory)</b></li><li>Must be available to work core Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours to support stakeholders and operations.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS software, with hands-on Workday configuration expertise.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Workday Pro certification(s) in one or more modules.</li><li>Familiarity with SOX controls, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and audit requirements.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft Skills/ Behavioral Skills: </b></p><p></p><p>1.
