Software Design & Development</h2><ul><li>Feature Implementation: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code for backend services and APIs.</li><li>System Architecture: Contribute to architectural and design discussions, ensuring applications are built for scalability, security, and high availability.</li><li>Database Integration: Design and optimize database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and integrate applications with relational and non-relational databases.</li><li>API Development: Develop and document secure, high-performance RESTful web services and microservices.</li></ul><h2>2. Quality Assurance & Testing</h2><ul><li>Unit & Integration Testing: Write comprehensive unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure high code coverage and minimize regressions.</li><li>Code Reviews: Participate actively in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and enforce team standards.</li><li>Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues, and implement effective, long-term resolutions.</li></ul><h2>3. Collaboration & Agile Practices</h2><ul><li>Agile Ceremonies: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.</li><li>Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, and with QA teams to facilitate automated testing.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation, including API specifications, system diagrams, and deployment guides.</li></ul><h2>4.
