You will apply process improvement and material flow design principles </span><span>to enable efficient, safe, and scalable operations. Working closely with senior engineers and </span><span>cross-functional partners, you will contribute to automation design, facility layout, and process </span><span>improvement initiatives.</span><br /> </p><p><span>Key Responsibilities</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Support process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement </span><span>opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in creating process maps, layouts, and workflows to optimize material and product </span><span>flow.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collect and analyze data to define throughput, storage, and cycle time requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build basic models to simulate material flow and identify potential constraints.</span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span>Support evaluation of automation and robotics technologies by researching solution </span><span>options.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in preparing cost models for capital and operational expenses of design </span><span>alternatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Draft technical documentation and assist in preparing RFPs with guidance from senior </span><span>engineers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure process and design work comply with safety and operational standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, facilities, vendors) to execute </span><span>design solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide documentation, reporting, and process tracking to sustain improvements.</span><br /> </p></li></ul><p><span>Qualifications & Skills</span><br /> </p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s in industrial, Mechanical, Production, or Supply Chain Engineering. Masters </span><span>preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>1+ years in process design, automation engineering, or supply chain facility design.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). Exposure to simulation tools is </span><span>a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel proficiency required.
